Thrives to Bring a Breath of Fresh Air

WE 4 O₂is a non-profit organization that thrives to bring a breath of fresh air and preserve the environment for future generations. Apart from doing its bit in making the environment clean and green, the NGO also focuses on issues of social importance like Women’s Empowerment, Girl Child Education, and the Betterment of Senior Citizens. It works to make education accessible to the ones living in underprivileged areas.

The organization firmly believes that everyone should have access to good food and clean drinking water.

Hence, they conduct food donation drives every now and then to provide the ones in need with groceries, food, and clean drinking water.
WE 4 O₂ made a significant contribution at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic by organizing food donation drives for the underprivileged sections of society and families of covid-19 patients.
The NGO also provided food for the Covid and front-line warriors who were busy performing their duties during those tough times.

Projects Completed

Organized flood relief drives for the affected families during the Konkan floods by providing them with food, groceries, medical utilities, and sanitary pads.

Conducted a beautiful children’s day event for the street kids with activities like storytelling, singing, and dancing. Also started our evening school initiative to provide them with basic education.

Tree plantation drives on Independence Day and various other occasions to create awareness about the importance of trees for the environment and living beings.

Celebrated National Girl Child Day by visiting girls’ orphanages, distributing food, and enjoying their singing, dancing, and storytelling.

Organized food donation drives during covid-19 pandemic to feed the underprivileged, families of the patients and front-line warriors.

Successful organization of Balantvida during Diwali where we provided reached out to the underprivileged embracing motherhood by providing them with sweets and goodies for their newborn.

Organized a humongous career guidance workshop Yuva josh for underprivileged youth in order to provide them with a direction in life.

Took a step towards making women financially sound by organizing a Financial Management Workshop for women from all walks of life. The workshop was led by CA Bhushan Limaye.

Had first corporate collaboration with Capgemini "WeKare team" for a grocery donation drive to Ashadeep Association. A small effort to feed around 400 children, just so we bring a smile to their faces.

Organised a Summer Drive to felicitate the hard work of the traffic police of Mumbai to make this city a better place to live in.

Built Mumbai’s first pollination stop at Shivaji Park, Dadar by growing some rare Ayurvedic plants.

Were happy to distribute useful material like notebooks, pens, caps etc to the adivasi children at Ratvad Math located in a remote adivasi pada. We felt truly blessed seeing the happiness on those innocent faces.

Provides essential items such as stationary, nutritious food and other necessities to needy people in Palghar Taluka, specifically in villages like Jambulpada, Waweghar, Kirwali and Kalambali.

Visited Radhika Old Age Home to provide groceries, nutritious food, essential items and spent quality time with the residents.

The Mango Festival at Shivaji Park, organized by Vikrant Acharekar, had its inauguration in the presence of Narayan Rane. The WE 4 O₂ Foundation was honored for its outstanding charitable contributions.

At Shivaji Park, there was a program called 'Maharashtra mejwani' where the WE 4 O₂ Foundation was honored for their commendable social work.

Purpose of Foundation

WE 4 O₂ aims to promote environmental sustainability through enhancement and improvement in green cover by way of massive tree plantation/beautification in city pockets.

Our foundation projects would appeal to landowners, communities, businesses, and other stakeholders to improve their local environment. It offers volunteer opportunities and provides an educational experience along with the opportunity to do something positive for the local community in an open, friendly environment.

Why trees are important?

One large tree can provide a supply of oxygen for people.
Restores the ecosystem by feeding the Microorganisms keeping the soil most fertile.
One Tree Support as many as 20 species of Birds.
Enhanced stormwater management and water quality
Vegetation reduces runoff and improves water quality by absorbing and filtering rainwater.
The net cooling effect of a young, healthy tree is equivalent to ten room-size air conditioners operating 20 hours a day.

Dedicately Works for Youth Empowerment

The NGO is dedicatedly working for Youth Empowerment across Maharashtra. It aims to provide the young generation, especially from the underprivileged sections with resources, guidance, tools, and opportunities that could help them succeed and bring a positive impact in their communities. In other words, WE 4 O₂ collaborates with motivational speakers, career counselors, and other professionals to provide a launch pad to the youth so that they can fly high.
